Salary Hikes for Member of Parliament...is it justifiable ?

Over the years our most respectable and so callled best managers of the largest corporation of the country-India ,have been giving statements in bringing development in the country and promising to turning around the country's development trajectory to new strategic heights but u think the country's balance sheet have actually shown those results then why these managers are calling for salary hikes...for what reasons?

if you go through the performance review methods for employee of private corporations even a slight inefficiency on their part can make them loose their job even if this person have better qualities in terms of educational qualifications and consistency in performance .

I think the salary of these so called best managers should be linked to their performance .Other than the basic salary rest should be based on the performance in his minstry or territory.An independent agency should be hired which would define parameters that would actually define the guidelines to measure performance and any under performance should put a fine on every section of the bureacracy
